Sofija holds MSc degree in Management of Innovation from Goldsmiths, University of London, and BSc degree in e-Business from the Faculty of Economics, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.

Management Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in strategy development, quality management, innovation management, as well as in design, development and delivery of tailor-made training. She has been working mainly with SMEs and public organization from Macedonia and the region.

She is active in the civil sector taking participation with various NGOs. She is co-founder and secretary general of the association Readiness for Europe 2020, social business ambassador at Yunus&Youth in Macedonia, and fellow and trainer in social innovation at the Regional Social Innovation Center Skopje.
