Kristina holds an MA degree in Gender and Ethnic Studies from Greenwich University, London and BA in Macedonian and Turkish Language from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the development sector working for Macedonian civil society organizations as well as for international organizations such as USAID, CARE-International and OSCE.
Currently she is the co-owner and Executive Director of Strategic Development Consulting which manages development projects and provides services in the areas of gender equality, local economic development and good governance with a focus on local government reform and decentralization process.
She is active in the civil sector taking participation with various NGOs including being founding member of Konekt, member and former president of Macedonian Chevening Alumni Association, and President of AGORA-Center for Promoting Civic Values.
